September 2008 Newsletter

Welcome to another great month! The weather is beautiful, the days are still long
and we have a lot to offer you this month.
We will be out of the office the rest of the week with our annual trip out to
Galena. They are kind enough to have us come out each year to photograph the
students in their schools. It’s a fast paced and full schedule and we really look
forward to seeing them each year.
I have not been able to update the Blog as much as I would like but there are still a
lot of recent photos to look at. Hopefully I can get more up there today.
Now, on to the good stuff......

High School Seniors
We have seen quite a few seniors the past few months and we look forward to
seeing more. As I am sure you know, each school has a deadline for yearbook
image submission. Those deadlines are approaching fast. Having said that, we have
had to set our own deadline. Any senior portrait appointment scheduled after the
dates below will not be guaranteed to have their yearbook image submitted on
time:

 
West Valley September 19, 2008
Lathrop October 27, 2008
North Pole September 19, 2008
EAFB September 1, 2008
Hutchinson Date to follow (usually December)

We really hope this doesn’t come as an inconvenience to anyone. Again, in order
to take your portraits, process them, have you preview them and provide them to
the schools this deadline is required. However, we can still do Senior Portraits
anytime throughout the year. These deadlines are only for yearbook photo
submission. So, please don’t wait until the last minute!

Our Specials this month!
• Back by popular demand.....We are re-opening membership to our Lifetime
Portrait Club for the month of September! This will be the last opportunity you
will have for a while. We have quite a few people already enrolled but are still
getting constant requests. You can view more details about this program by
visiting the “Portrait” section of our main website and viewing the fees
• All of our regular (Children) Portrait Clubs are 10% off the regular membership
fee for the month of September. This is huge. These are easily our most popular
things. Now, for the entire month, you can get 10% off the membership. Details
about these clubs can be found on the “Portrait” section of our website and
viewing the “Baby Portrait Clubs”
• All Composite images are 15% off for the month of September. If we have already
taken your portraits or we about to you can take advantage of this offer. Already
have a composite image from a recent session? They work great as gifts or maybe
you could use another one! Give us a call and we can schedule a time for you to
stop by and view your very own Custom Composite!

Children’s Portrait Clubs
As a reminder - Last month we changed the way our Children’s Portrait Clubs
work. Instead of being for the first 12, 18 or 24 months they can be used for any
age child under the age of 15. The duration of the program (12, 18 or 24 months)
will begin when the contract is signed. So, if want to sign your 7 year old up for
our “All Grown Up” program? Now you can! HOWEVER, we have had a huge
increase in people joining these programs now. We are considering closing
membership for the rest of the year. If you have been thinking about joining one
of our Portraits Programs now is the time to do it. This may be the last month to
